I.

Please begin placing the order via the Internet with a description of the shoe model. For this purpose, it is worth using the examples in our gallery or, should you wish for a different model, sending a clear photograph of it to our address. A description of tip and heel shape and the type of leather and its colour, also of the inside, will be appreciated as well. In the case of men’s shoes, the standard heel length is approx. 2.5 cm.

II.

The next activity is taking measurements. It is a simple task, provided it is done carefully in accordance with the instructions below.

1. Keeping a pencil in a vertical position, outline both feet on the A4 size piece of paper. Mark the arch defining profile dimensions of the foot with a pencil kept at the 45 degrees angle from the inside the foot, between the heel and the big toe,

2. Measure with the metric measuring tape the perimeter in the following places:

Brogues: A - toes, B – instep, C – arch, D – through the heel.
Additionally, in the case of ankle-length boots: height from the floor, perimeter at the given height.
Additionally, in the case of knee-length boots: height measured from the outside of the shin, perimeter of the top, perimeter of the shin in the widest place, perimeter above the ankle.

It is best to take measurements while standing up, in the afternoon or in the evening. It is advisable to use the help of another person. Please send the taken measurements together with your name, postal and e-mail address by mail or fax. Note if the measurement was taken in thick socks or trousers (e.g. horse-riding ones).

We start the work on correspondence orders following a receipt of the full price or approx. 50% advance. Please choose the payment method: bank transfer, postal order or a credit card. We accept all types of credit and debit cards.

The period of completing the order is 3 to 6 weeks. Should the need arise, we can shorten the period without additional charges. Prices of custom-made brogues of best Polish calfskin start at PLN 1,900. Calfskins imported from Italy, Austria, Germany and France require an extra charge of PLN 200 – 300, Cordovan – PLN 1,200, ostrich – PLN 700, alligator – PLN 2,400, shark and ray – PLN 900, snakes PLN – 400. Shoe soles made of the Rendenbach butt – PLN 200. Oak shoe trees – PLN 150, cedar wood shoe trees – PLN 190. Courier mail shipment in Poland – PLN 50, in Europe – PLN 150, other countries PLN – 200.
